Hot Hatha Yoga uses a mix of movement sequence, longer holds, breath, and alignment cues in a heated room to build strength and body awareness. The infrared heat invites deep release and body suppleness. The class is physically challenging but largely eliminates or gives alternatives for chaturanga vinyasa. It is open to all levels and modifications are offered when appropriate.
